This past weekend, we had the pleasure of attending a celebration hosted to mark Michael’s promotion to Junior Associate. It was a well organised and thoughtfully delivered event that reflected both his individual progress and the strength of the team around him.
From the outset, the day was well attended, bringing together colleagues, peers, and wider connections in support of Michael’s achievement. The turnout alone highlighted the positive working relationships he has built and the regard in which he is held. It was clear that this milestone was recognised not only internally, but across a broader professional network.
A key moment during the event was Michael’s speech.
